A few weeks ago, part of the VisionTIR team had the opportunity to demonstrate our ProTIR thermographic vision system inside a boiler of a biomass plant.
The client was quite surprised both by the images we obtained and by the advantages offered by the system:
- Remote and real-time view of the boiler
- Optimization of the tasks (and with it the costs) of maintenance and operation of the boiler
- Motorization of the flame and combustion, allowing a better control of the efficiency of the boiler and saving fuel
- Identification of damages inside the boiler that affect the operation of the same
Result: In a few weeks the delivery of our ProTIR system will be carried out to integrate it in the boiler of said biomass plant to improve the control and operation of the same.
